This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experience, especially at the Bathurst and Rutherford location. The GM O*** is rude and has zero people skills.

Please be advised I visited this restaurant and ordered a lamb kefta dish. Upon receipt of the food I noticed the meat was quite rare and under cooked. When I requested the meat be cooked more thoroughly, the manager A**** presented himself in a very rude and abrasive manner and advise that this is how the lamb is to be served. When asked to speak with the owner of the restaurant, P**** advised that I could not as the owners identity and hours are private. I think the restaurant owner should be aware that his manager has no customer service skills and that his/her restaurant is serving harmful undercooked meat to consumers. which presents real health and safety concerns.

We were visiting from Kitchener and absolutely loved the experience. From the appetizer/buffet to the fried bananas to the lovely meat selections that are served to your table on skewers, to the piece de resistance, pineapple with a sugared cinnamon coating, it was totally fantastic. Loved the food, the atmosphere, the music, the service, really the list is endless. IT IS A MUST! Will definitely go again.
