Should be called the poor house, the service was disgusting, we were a group of 30 people the waitress was full of such poor attitude, it took nearly 3 hours for us to get our orders taken, receive our food and pay. One member of the party after waiting 2.5 hours for his meal cancelled it and left hungry. I ordered their smokey burger and asked for no mayo and no hot peppers, my first order was given to another member of the group, I was told they put a rush on my remaking my burger and to my surprise another burger came out of the tkitchen before 1/2 the other members received their meals. Unfortunately the burger was swimming in mayo and I ate only a third of it because lips were burning, there were no pepper on the burger however before they brought my burger another one had come out with peppers on it and no one claimed it so it went back to the kitchen. My fries were stone cold and tasted like salted cardboard and were the texture of jerky. "Pour" Service, "Pour" Food Qualify, "Pour" experience at the Pour House, would never visit again with so many pubs in this city...
