This place was not good at all. I always wondered why it was never busy being in a great spot in the Rutherford market place (Mi Va Me just next door is always busy). I know now. The rigatoni pasta I had was swimming in oil (It was like a soup filled with oil) and service was awful. The place was very slow and yet the service staff made it impossible for us to get their attention. Will give them one last chance and will post my experience.

Went for a night out with 7 couples, service was brutal. Waited half an hour and then finally got up and asked for a waiter to take the drink orders. The meat was really good but everyone said the pasta tasted like Kraft dinner, and the portions was small. The wait staff was confused to put it nicely, sad because in the location its in it could do very well.

A nice little find in the new(-ish) Rutherford Marketplace. My party and I were looking for a comfortable resto or lounge for a late night meal. Sapore caught our eye and I'm glad we decided to try it out. Service was attentive, but not hovering. Apps and mains were reasonably well-priced and delivered on execution, texture and taste. An overall pleasant experience. Will definitely be back for a more substantial supper soon.
