Overall: 4 I admire classic looking architecture and themes and thought that Rosewater is quite well done in that aspect. Speaking of which, my meal was quite the treat as well; very delicious. My husband and I sat back for a while and enjoyed a coffee at the end - very nice atmosphere with the hustle bustle expected at a place like this. Very enjoyable.
