Overall: 5 Been going to Omonia for 15 years and never been dissapointed. I bring many family and friends there and now it's become their favourite as well. The appetizers a definate way to start your meal... From the dips, saganaki and spanakopita yuuuummmm. For main courses they have a lot of selection but some of my favourites are the lamb exohico(stuffed filo with lamb), roast lamb ( clearly I love lamb) and their moussaka wow. Whenever we visit Omonia we also like to spoil ourselves with their wide variety of Greek wines. We sometimes like to finish up our night in their bar with some Greek ouzo or tsipouro. So if u want to impress your family and friends with excellent food and great service u have to visit Omonia next time you're craving Greek. OPA!!!!! Overall: 2 As regular customer of Omonia we have unfortunately experienced gradual deteoration over the last year. Today's dinner however will be our last and we will not return here. The service was questionable, understaffed, it took us 2 hours after ordering to receive out entre. This can all be overlooked as a staffing challenge and we were willing to overlook this. They also ran out of potatoes during service and apparently that was the hold up. When we said fries would do instead they brought us potatoes anyways. They were undercooked and not edible and to make it worse on one of our orders the potatoes were rotten!!! This is inexcusable. Service is one thing but to put your customer's health in jeapordy is terrible. When we made management aware at the end of the night there was no apology or responsibility taken. 	Overall: 1 This place only looks good from the outside, the service was rude and besides the food being presented nice, it was cold and dry. I was expecting a nice dinner with a special someone. I had the rack of lamb and it was stone cold inside, worst of all it was well done. How is it possible to serve a cold rack when it was well done. Maybe because the food took forever to come out. My date and I shared an order of quails, and there was hardly any meat in them, they were also un-edible since they completely chared them, we brought it up to the server and he said this how Greeks eat there quail and this is normal... WTF!!! the only item that was enjoyed was the chicken souvlaki... but you can find souvlaki anywhere else. They label the restaurant as the original and best on the Danforth... Yeah right!!! The Greek salad had only a few crumbles of Feta, that tasted like those dried up feta flakes you buy at the IGA... What a way to ruin a nice planned out date.
