I always liked The Monarch, but now that the new owners have stepped in and breathed new life into it, I gotta say I've grown to totally love it! The food is better than ever. The music is generally always cool (they've had some great live stuff in the newly reno'd downstairs space), and they've attracted a really cool crowd. Insane selection of bourbon as well--I think they have pretty much everything you can get. Worth checking out.
