My friend wanted to take me out for dinner. Since we were at that plaza, we decided to go to Me-Va-Me. As we entered, I have noticed that it was packed, beside four tables for 6 (which could suit 24 people in total). I also noticed at least three waiters available, who were laughing and having a nice small talk between them while people are waiting to be seated. We stood for about 10 minutes before somebody noticed us and a teen blond waitress asked me how many people are we. Two, I replied.She said then that THERE ARE NO TABLES AVAILABLE FOR TWO and that we will have to wait until other customers will finish their meal. I asked her what about those four big tables? I was really surprized and very mad when she replied: we reserve those for bigger companies, when a company of 6 will arrive. I asked her if there were actually reservations and she said: no, it is reserved JUST IN CASE a bigger company will arrive. I then told her: we are potential customers, your business make money now, in real moment and you reserve tables for who? Does it make sence to you not to let people sit just in case somebody will come or not come? I am a customer there for more than ten years - I know this restaurant since they were at Rondo's plaza, I think I don't deserve this kind of service! Since they became more and more successful, their service and food went worse and worse. The blond started arguing with me and I said: with this attitude you will lose many many clients, like you lost me right now. She was like: oh, I will ask my manager....Excuse me??? For my money that I am paying I don't need to feel that they are doing me a favour.. My mood was ruined for the rest of the evening! I will never ever go there again! I suggest that we boycott this place!
