Hello, arrival at restaurant 11:10pm Last night was my best friends bithday night celebration and we decided to go out to dinner in celebration with two other friends. We were seated, and our server dominic presented himself in a very unenthusiastic manner, did not make eye contact. we ordered our drinks and asked what the pricing was because on the menu prices were not specified.The server then left to look for information. Then we ordered the drinks, I personally asked the waiter if they had anything they do for birthday guests, anything to make them feel special he said no, " unless you want me to sing which is not something you want to hear" and walked away without saying excuse me. We waited more than 30 minutes for our dinner but our server in that entire period of time did not stop by to ask if we needed a drink or to advise that our dinner would be on its way. our server did not bring our dinner to the table two other ladies brought our dinner(80z striploin) and they didnt greet us,or explain whom they were but they were much more attentive than our server by asking if we needed anything else and they smiled! we then wanted to order desert but our server was not aknowledging us, the restaurant was not busy their were maybe three other tables occupied. when we signalled him we asked for the trio cheescake desert and waited for another 30 maybe more minutes! when we were pretty much fed up! READY to ask for the bill and skip the desert he brought out the desert with un unlit candle asking if we had a lighter. WOW! no happy birthday was said and no suprise was given. we tried to make the best of this and had our desert. waited another 15 min to ask to get the bill and at this moment there is only one other table in the dinning room. and once we recieved the bill is when our server dominic decided to attempt to make conversation. he stalled around trying to seem nice and im assuming in order to get a tip. I have never recieved such horrible service in my life, and i can not believe i had to spend 2 hours in the restaurant with a server that smelled really bad, had no manners and no customer service skills, someone needs to teach there servers how to smile! we left the restaurant at approoximately 1:05 am and NO TIP WAS GIVEN. Our friend is a bar tender and I must say we know how to appreciate good service when we get it, we always tip REALLY REALLY GENEROUSLY, however, this did not even deserve the time i spent in the restaurant.
